Several have emailed wanting to know Internet Call Managers "How, What, When, Where - etc"... The Ordering process.   Hopefully this quick page will explain some of the basic things you'll do, and what to expect when you order the Internet Call Manager Service 'OnLine'.

Appears to be risk free.   You will not be asked or required to enter any credit card information or divulge much information at all. You'll not pay anything up front to get the service started.   You'll not financially commit yourself.

The way this works is...
Fill out the order form paying close attention to spelling.   Yes - thats right, spelling.   You'll have to know how to spell your own name - or to be more precise, you must know how to spell your name exactly as it appears on your monthly telephone bill.

You'll also need to know your correct area code and telephone number, but this is something you should already know.   Do dig out a phone bill right now and verify how your billing name is written - this is important for the service to work!

They will need to make arrangements with your local telephone service, so that Internet Call Manager can handle your 'would be busy signals', and keep that signal Un-Busy for you while you're online and connected to the internet.

After you have filled out the order form, any special options available to your area and your pricing will be displayed on the screen.   If everything meets your satisfaction, you can click an [OK] button & you will be taken to the ICM software download page for your system. .   (Do try and remember which folder you've saved it into, as this can sometimes make things quite simple.)

After you've tried the service for a while, you will get a phone call from Internet Call Manager customer service.   You'll exchange pleasantries, and they'll inquire if everything seems to be working well for you. It is during this phone call when they will ask for future billing or credit information.

They will ask if you're happy with the service, then ask for your order!   You can yes, I'll keep it,(I'm sure you will like it) or Nope, I don't want it,(then you finish out the trial period and it finally quits working - i guess?).   Pretty simple process.

try it - you'll like it !
